Take the power-out call while you're on a panel.

You can't answer with your hands in a panel. Voismatic does — asking the safety questions first, capturing what stopped working, and flagging anything smoking or sparking at the top of your call list.

Answer while your hands are busy or you're off the clock
Ask the safety questions first, on every single call
Capture the panel type, the symptom, and what lost power
Flag anything smoking, sparking, or burning as top priority

Caller

Half the house lost power and there's a burning smell.

Voismatic

Stop — is anything visibly smoking right now, and can you safely reach the main breaker?

What it asks

The questions you would ask, in the order you would ask them.

01

Is anyone in danger

Smoke, sparks, burning smell, or a shock — asked before anything else.

02

What's out

Whole house, one circuit, or one outlet, and whether the breaker resets.

03

What's in the panel

Breaker or fuse, and the age of the service, so you know what you're walking into.

Questions electrical shops ask

Will it give electrical advice?

No. It asks safety questions and relays instructions you have written, such as telling someone to leave the breaker off. It does not diagnose or improvise.

Can it put an emergency straight through to me?

Not today — Voismatic does not transfer calls, and it will never tell a caller that it is transferring them. What it does instead is label the call an emergency and capture everything you need, so the callback is one dial with the full picture already in front of you.

Does it handle commercial and residential differently?

It can. You give it separate questions and separate routing for each, so a shutdown at a commercial site doesn't get treated like a tripped bedroom outlet.

What if the caller doesn't know what a panel is?

It describes what to look for in plain language and moves on if they can't find it. It never blocks the call on a detail the caller can't give.

Keep your existing number — you forward the calls you can't take. Get the forwarding code for your Canadian carrier.

Stop losing the calls you were never going to answer.
